Terms of Service

Welcome to SiImageGen. These terms of service are the agreement between you and us for using siimagegen.com, an SI image generator and photo editor. SI means super intelligence, the technology formerly called AI. You can write a prompt to create a new picture, or upload up to four reference images and describe the change you want. Opening an account or using any part of the site means you accept these terms of service; if you do not, please leave the site.

Who can use the service

The service is only for people 18 or older. Sign-in works through Google or through single-use email links that expire after 20 minutes. Anything done from your account is your responsibility, so protect your inbox and Google login, and write to support@siimagegen.com straight away if you suspect someone else has access.

Credits and pricing

• Each generation costs credits. The cost appears on the Generate button before you start and depends on the model and your settings.
• Credits are taken when a generation starts. If it fails, including when a model’s safety filter blocks the result, they return to your balance automatically.
• Credit packs are single payments. Nothing is billed on a schedule or renews by itself, and credits never expire.
• Credits have no cash value. You cannot sell or transfer them or swap them for money, except where our Refund Policy provides a refund.
• Prices are in US dollars and charged by Stripe through our payment hub; depending on your location, Stripe may add VAT or sales tax when you check out. Pack prices can change for later purchases. A model’s credit price follows what its provider charges us, so it can change too, but the price you see before you start is the price you pay.

Free credits, gifts and bonuses

New accounts created with Google receive 50 free credits. The gift center adds small free credits for a welcome gift, a daily check-in with a bonus on every seventh consecutive day, your first creation, sharing the site, rating it, and inviting friends. Gifts are available to accounts that have signed in with Google at least once, and an invite counts only when a friend creates a new account with Google through your link. Every pack includes bonus credits (+10% on Starter, +20% on Creator, +30% on Studio), and new members get 30% extra credits on their first pack if they buy it within 48 hours of signing up.

Free and promotional credits are worth nothing in cash and are not refundable. Gift amounts may change, and we may withdraw credits, or close accounts, obtained with multiple or fake accounts, self-invites or any other breach of these terms of service.

Acceptable use

You may not use SiImageGen to create, upload, edit or share:

• any sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes a minor; we report such material where the law requires;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, including edits that undress a real person or place them in a sexual scene;
• deceptive deepfakes: realistic images of a real person meant to make others believe they did or said something they did not, or to impersonate them;
• hateful content, harassment, threats or bullying aimed at people or groups;
• violent extremism, terrorist propaganda or praise of mass violence;
• content that is illegal where you live, or that supports fraud or other crimes;
• material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, such as photos you have no right to edit or fake brand logos and packaging.

You also may not scrape the service, use it or its outputs to build or train a competing model or dataset, resell access, overload our systems, try to get around safety filters, or abuse promotions. Breaking these terms of service can lead to removed content, suspension or account closure, and credits in a closed account may be forfeited.

Content moderation

Prompts are screened by an automated moderation model before anything is generated, while each model provider also runs its own safety filters. As a result, some requests will be refused. A prompt refused by our check costs nothing, and a result blocked by a provider is refunded in credits. Automated checks make mistakes in both directions, so you remain responsible for what you create.

Your uploads and the images you create

Your prompts and uploads remain yours, to the extent you hold rights in them, and you confirm that you have the rights and any consent needed to use them, especially for photos of other people. We do not claim ownership of the images you generate. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the law, these terms of service and the usage terms of the model provider that made them.

We cannot promise that an output is unique or free of third-party rights. Similar prompts can produce similar images for other users, an output can resemble an existing logo, character or photo, and copyright protection for generated images differs between countries and may not exist at all. Check important images before you use them commercially.

To run the service we need permission to store, process and transmit what you submit and what the models return. You grant it only for that purpose: sending your request to the model provider, keeping results in your library and showing them to you. We do not publish your content or use it to train models.

Third-party models

Images are produced by third-party models through fal.ai, currently Flux 3 (Black Forest Labs), Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro (Google), Seedream 5 Flash and Seedream 5 Pro (ByteDance), GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI), Ideogram 4.5, Qwen Image 3 (Alibaba), Grok Imagine Image 2 (xAI) and Recraft 4.1 Flash. Each model name belongs to its owner and appears here only to tell you which technology made an image. SiImageGen has no partnership with these companies, and they do not endorse us. We may add, change or retire models, and their quality, speed and availability are partly outside our control.

Disclaimers

SI image generation is unpredictable. A result may miss parts of your prompt, misspell text, change details you wanted to keep in an edit, or look wrong in other ways. We provide the service as it is and as it is available, and as far as the law permits we give no warranties, express or implied, about results or uptime. Review every image before you publish or rely on it.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, harm to reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service. If we are found liable for something, the most we will pay is the total you spent with us during the year before your claim. Nothing in these terms of service limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Availability

We aim for steady uptime but cannot promise it. A model provider may slow down, hit rate limits or go offline, and we may pause generation for a few minutes while we fix a problem. When generations fail because of an outage, their credits come back automatically.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something created or uploaded through SiImageGen infringes your rights, email support@siimagegen.com. Tell us which work you own, where the disputed material appears, how to reach you, and confirm in good faith that your notice is accurate. Each notice is reviewed; we take down infringing material and may close accounts that infringe repeatedly.

Your responsibility

You answer for the material you submit and for what you do with your images. Should a third party bring a claim against us over something you submitted or your breach of these terms of service, you will reimburse our reasonable costs of dealing with it, as far as the law allows.

Suspension and termination

You may leave whenever you like and have your account erased by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account after any breach of these terms of service, or when the law requires it. Should we close the service for any reason other than your own breach, you will get reasonable advance notice and a refund for paid credits you have not used.

Changes to these terms of service

As the product grows, these terms of service will be updated. Material changes are announced by email or on the site before they apply, and if you keep using SiImageGen after that, you accept the new version of these terms of service.

General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms of service stays in force. These terms of service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy make up the whole agreement covering your use of the service. If we are slow to enforce a rule, we have not given it up. Your account and credits are personal and cannot be passed to anyone else unless we agree in writing. Send any question about these terms of service to support@siimagegen.com.
